This class offers a fun way to tone and tighten your body while learning the fundamentals of ballet. We will cover basic technique and principles for beginners as well as building on that knowledge to emphasize strengthening and placement for more advanced dancers. We hope to allow you to enjoy movement while learning ballet technique in a relaxed, fun atmosphere.
Movement and music are combined in this fun class. Emphasis will be placed on coordination, balance, rhythm, and musical expression. We will use age appropriate techniques from ballet, jazz, Pilates, yoga, and more. Students will find the ability to grow in their creative expression and become more aware of their own bodies while having a lot of fun!
